Mesh Head & Trigger Snare, pt. 1

So, here we have a 14-inch el-cheapo snare made by Kix.

This was bought as part of a budget kit deal for my first ever band some time in the distant past. Our drummer broke the snares and bottom skin on it several years ago but we held onto it and when our old practice eventually materialised in my dining room several months ago, the broken snare came too.

The Return!

After 2 years absence and much shed building and all manner of life altering stuff, I'm going to post on my blog again.

So here we go, blog-worthy item number 1: DIY low-cost mesh head/electronic drum trigger snare drum.
